Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 8, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LeadFlow ("Service"), a software platform operated by Terryco LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Billing

LeadFlow is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. No Guaranteed Results

LeadFlow provides software, lead discovery, and automation tools. We do not guarantee closed jobs, revenue, customer responses, lead quality, or any specific business outcome. Results vary based on market conditions, your service area, your responsiveness, and your business operations.

3. User Responsibility for Contacting Leads

You are solely responsible for ensuring all outreach and customer contact complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, state-level telemarketing regulations, and consumer protection laws. You agree to obtain any required consent before contacting leads via phone, SMS, or email.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or reselling data, using leads for unlawful purposes, sending spam or harassing communications, attempting to bypass security or access controls, or using LeadFlow to violate any third-party rights.

6. Performance Plan (7%) Terms

The Agency / Performance Plan requires approval and is offered at our discretion. Customers on this plan agree to accurately report closed jobs sourced through LeadFlow and authorize a 7% fee on the gross revenue of those jobs. Reporting may be subject to verification, audit, and integration requirements. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination and payment of outstanding fees.

7. Data Accuracy Limitations

Lead data is aggregated from public sources and third-party providers. We make no warranty that any lead is accurate, current, or actionable. You are responsible for verifying all information before contacting a lead or providing a quote.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terryco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
